Registrations for the upcoming season are now open.
The Senior competition is suited to men and women over the age of 18 years. There are six grades in each competition ranging from Premier to Division 4.
Playing days are as follows:
The Youth competition is a club based competition for players at secondary school and under the age of 18. There are teams each for boys and girls.

The Junior competition is a club based competition for players at primary and intermediate school age (Years 1 - 8).
All matches are played on Saturday mornings at venues across Auckland. The competition is split into four grades based on Year level at school.
Trials for Senior players have now concluded. If you would still like to play, get in touch with your Club Captain as soon as possible.
YOUTH & JUNIOR
This year, Youth and Junior Trials will be done in the Games Component of the free Development Programme. This programme is an amazing opportunity to receive quality coaching in the lead up to the winter season. More information and registration form is at www.westernhockey.co.nz/
If you're unable to come along to any of the Games, you will still be placed in a team, just make sure you are registered on Clubhub (winter registrations to open soon) and email your Club Captain.

Winter season team trainings are generally held at Avondale College, Ken Maunder Park training shed (juniors only), and on the odd occasion, a senior or youth team may be rostered to the Waitakere turf. Each team trains typically once per week, however, some senior teams train twice. Training is held in the evenings and updated times are available below.
